AMERICAN BBQ SEASONING

Crush 5 cloves of garlic add 2 tspns of spice mix, 2 tblspns of oil, 1 tblspn of Honey and 2 tblspns of Bourbon or a good Whisky. Blend it to a paste and then rub over chicken, spare ribs, steaks or pork and grill or bake in oven.

Ingredients: Pepper, Cumin, Thyme, Marjoram, Cayenne, Paprika, Mustard Seeds, Celery, Bay, Sumac, Rosemary, Coriander, Garlic, Onion
