ALLSPICE - PIMENTO

A pleasantly warm flavour which resembles a peppery compound of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg or mace. Good with root vegetables and most fruits, Essential in Jerk seasoning and combines well with coriander, ginger, cardamom, mustard and rosemary
