ALEPPO SPICE MIX

Rub 4 tspn of spice mix into a leg of lamb, wrap the meat into a lightly oiled sheet of foil, then enclose the parcel in a second layer of foil. Put the lamb into a heavy casserole with a lid & cook for 4-5 hours on low heat.

Ingredients: Bell Peppers, Aleppo Pepper, Sumac, Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Thyme, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice
