VIETNAMESE CURRY BLEND

Cut pork into bite sized strips. Mix 1 tspn of curry mix per person with lemon juice & oil and marinade meat. Fry onions, garlic, add meat and turn till browned on all sides. Add tomatoes and vegetable of your choice & cook till tender. Serve on Chinese lettuce with rice on the side.

 

Ingredients: Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Garlic, Cumin, Fennel, Chili, Mustard Seeds, Celery, Paprika
