TRINIDADIAN SPICE BLEND

Mix 2-3 tspn. of spice mix with crushed garlic, onion, ginger, coriander and lime juice. Then rub on fish or meat and let it marinade for at least 2-3 hours. The paste can also be added to slow cooked stews towards the end to jazz up the flavours.

 

Ingredients: Onion, thyme, allspice, chives, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne, garlic, marjoram, basil, chili flakes, Coriander, cumin, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, paprika
