Add one teaspn. per person to a stir-fry with 2 tblspn. of fish sauce and 1 tblspn. of soya sauce. Excellent with chicken, vegetables or fish.This mix is also great for soups, stews and BBQing.

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, fennel, pepper, cloves, onions, garlic, coriander leaves, star anise, galangal, ginger, lime, lemon, nutmeg, chili, lime leaves
