SRI LANKAN FISH CURRY MIX

Make a paste with the spice mix, crushed garlic, shallots, ginger, coriander stalks & roots, lemon juice, 1 tspn of tamarind paste, oil, & ground almonds. Fry the paste for 2 min. let it cool down then rub onto fish and marinate for 2 hours, Wrap the fish in banana leaves or cooking foil and bake.
