SEVEN SEAS SPICE MIX

This mix is based on more then 7 spices and is fantastic for grilling, or mixed with orange juice as a wet rub on fish, but it can also be added to slow cooked stews and soups. Medium Hot.

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, fennel, pepper, cloves, onions, garlic, coriander leaves, star anise, galangal, ginger, lime, lemon, nutmeg, chili, lime leaves
