Mix 2 tspn of spice mix with 4 tspns of coconut milk & marinade the meat for 2 hrs. Then grill the meat & in the meantime dice 8 shallots & fry till brown, add 2 tspns of spice mix & the juices from the marinade & the rest of the coconut milk in the tin. Once the sauce thickens pour it over meat.
