SAMBHAR POWDER

This powder is much used in South Indian cooking., which is mostly vegetarian, to flavour pulses, vegetables dishes, sauces and soups. The dal in the blend serve as a thickening agent and provides a nutty taste. Just heat it up in hot oil and add to the dish.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Mustard, Fenugreek, Chili, Asafoetida, Turmeric
