ROASTED CURRY HOT

Blend onions, ginger, garlic & 1 tspn. per person of spice mix together in a food processor with some oil. Add this blend to a heavy casserole dish and cook till brown. Add the chicken and fry. Mix 100g ground almond with one cup of cream and pour over chicken let it simmer gently.

 

Ingredients: Coriander, turmeric, Fenugreek, garlic, cumin, fennel, chili, mustard seeds, celery
