RAITA MIX

This blend of various fragrant spices, which are roasted and then ground for a cooling side dish with curries. Mix 1 tspn. of spice mix to shredded vegetables and 1 cup of natural yoghurt. Mix well and let it infuse for 20 min.

Ingredients: Mustard seeds, coriander, cumin, lemon, garlic
