QUATRE EPICES

This classic French blend is used for charcuterie and other meat products. It is useful to flavour a glaze for baked ham and to season fresh pork before cooking. It is also used in patees and is excellent with game and poultry.

Ingedients: White pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger
