CHILEAN ALINO MIX

Aliño means seasoning or dressing & is used throughout South America. Either rub onto meat, poultry or fish, or use to flavour soups and casseroles. Added to olive oil and infused for a couple of weeks it makes a fantastic flavoured drizzle for salads or as a oil dip for bread.

Ingredients: Paprika, Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, Fennel, Lemon Peel, Citric Acid, Parsley, Thyme, Oregano, Marjoram, Sage, Lovage, Savory
