POTATO SEASONING, "SPICY"

Just sprinkle the spice mix over potatoes before roasting. Or boil some new potatoes until almost done. Let them cool down, when cold heat up oil in a frying pan, add chopped onions and potatoes, 1 clove of crushed garlic and sprinkle with the spice mix. Brown till crispy.
