This mix is great for pulled pork, or a vegan version made with jackfruit. Also a fabulous blend to coat grilled porcinis!  

Ingredients: Marjoram, Ginger, Paprika, Rosemary, Pepper, Mint, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Thyme, Smoked Paprika, Fennel, Mace, Cloves, Star Anise, Cardamom, Cassia, Cinnamon, Mustard Seeds
