MUSSEL AND SHELLFISH SEASONING

Use mussels, shrimps or any shellfish, clean them well.Sweat 1 finely cut onion and garlic in some butter add shellfish, pour 2 cups of white wine and 2 tspn. of spice mix cover with a lid and let them steam, before serving add one cup of cream but take of the boil and heat through.

 

Ingredients: Celery, dill, pepper, lime, coriander leaves, parsley, garlic, onion, bell peppers, mixed vegetables
