MUSHROOM RISOTTO MIX

This Porcini mushroom risotto blend is with fantastic with all types of seasonal fresh mushrooms be it Ceps, (porcini) Chanterelles, Morells or Trumpets. Glaze some diced shallots in butter, add mushrooms then 1 tsp. per portion of the spice mix. Stir with rice for a few minutes, add wine, creme fraiche, a pinch of salt. Keep adding stock slowly as you stir. Garnish with fresh herbs of your choice.
