Fry onions, ginger & garlic, add chicken fry till brown, cover with water and a tin of chopped tomatoes, cook till almost done.Then add 1 tspn of spice mix per pers.to cooked chickpeas, add this to the chicken together with a cup of natural yogurt and stir. Cook 10 min. garnish with fresh coriander and serve with nan bread.
