MOROCCAN RAS EL HANOUT

This Moroccan blend contains at least 48 different spices and is ideal for tagines.Mix 1 tspn per person of the spice mix and add dried apricots, sliced onions, blanched almonds & meat or vegetables. Cook it in a tagine pot or a casserole dish, cover the food with stock and cook untill tender.
