MOROCCAN HARISSA MIX

Mix 2 tspn. of the spice mix to 2 tblspn. of olive oil and 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Harissa is usually thinned with lemon juice or a few spoonfulls of hot stock from the dish with which it is to be served. Once made up it will store well in a jar under a layer of olive oil for up to 3 months.

Ingredients: chili, garlic, mint, cumin, caraway, coriander leaves
