MASSAMAN CURRY

The Muslim traders who brought spices to Thailand gave this paste its name. Blend galangal, lemongrass, shallots, fresh coriander, garlic, oil and spice mix in a food processor then add it to the meat and cover with stock & coconut milk.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Cardamom, Cloves, Chili, Cace, Nutmeg, Onions, Garlic, Fennel, Pepper, Cinnamom, Galangal, Coriander Leaves, Lemongrass
