LEMON CHICKEN MIX

Use 1 tsp of spice mix to one chicken breast, add lime or lemon juice and oil then marinade over night. Grill,BBQ or pan-fry, serve with a trickle of sherry or balsamic vinegar and fresh coriander as garnish.
