JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING

Mix 2 tspn. of spice blend with 1 tblspn. of honey, 1 onion, 3 gloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, & juice of 1 lemon, add one shot of Rum and marinade your food to be cooked over night. Then BBQ, Grill, Bake, or pan- fry. Serve with Rice & Peas and a mango salsa.
