HUNGARIAN GOULASH MIX

Take 1 lbs each of Beef, Onions & Tomatoes. Fry sliced onions in oil till caramelised, put aside, then brown meat with 4tspn of spice mix, add tomatoes & cover with stock. Add 2 tblspn. of tomato puree & cook till meat is very tender. Serve with sour cream on top.

 

Ingredients: Kotanyi paprika, paprika flakes, marjoram, garlic, pepper, caraway, onion
