This mixture of whole seeds is used to flavour pulses and vegetarian dishes.Add a couple of tspn. to hot oil when stir-frying vegetables, or to ghee (clarified butter) that is poured over dal (lentils) before serving

 

 

Ingredients: Cumin, fennel, mustard seeds, nigella, fenugreek
