GARLIC BUTTER MIX

Use 2 tspn of spice mix to 2 tblspns of butter. With a fork blend the 2 together. To make a variety of different butters, add crushed black olives or a fresh chopped chilli to the garlic butter. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 6 weeks or in the freezer for about 9 months.

 

Ingredients: Parsley, chives, dill, garlic
