GARAM MASALA, GROUND

The combination of what I call all the dark spices are in there, like black cardamoms, cassia, cloves, fennel, anise, black cumin, cinnamon leaves, black mustard seeds & many more. This blend is added to curries the last 10 min of cooking to round off the already existing flavours.

Ingredients: Fennel, mace, cloves, pepper, star anise, cardamom, cassia, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, mustard seeds
