Soak 2 cups of dried chick peas in water overnight, then blend in a food processor with 4 tspns of spice mix, 1 tspn of baking powder, 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic & 1 tblspn of water. Form into balls and deep fry. Serve with a tomato relish and hummus.
