ENCHILADA SEASONING

Add 1 tspn per person of the spice mix to slices of meat. Fry meat & add sliced onions, bell peppers & tomatoes. Smear some creme fraiche on the tortillas add the meat sprinkle with cheese and roll them up. Put them in an oven proof dish and cover with any left over sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.p>
