MADRAS CURRY HOT

Heat up oil in pan, add onions, garlic ginger & fry for 3 min. Add 1 tspn per pers. of curry mix & cook for 2 min. Add meat & cook a further 5 min. Add 2 tblspn of ground almonds & cook for 2 min. Add stock to cover & cook till tender. 10 min. before serving add 1 tblspn. of Garam Masala.

 

Ingredients: Coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, garlic, chili, cumin, fennel, chili, salt
