JUNGLE CURRY

Heat up oil in pan, add onions, garlic ginger. Fry for 3 min. Add 1 tspn per pers. of curry mix. Cook for 2 min. Add meat and cook a further 5 min. Add 2 tblspn of ground almonds and cook for 2 min. Add stocko tcover, cook till tender. 10 min. before serving add 1 tblspn. Of Garam Masala.
