COUS COUS SEASONING

Add 3 tspn. of spice mix to 250g of dried cous cous and mix. Cover it with boiling water and let it soak for 10-15 min. When all the water is absorbed, add a drizzle of olive oil and some lime juice and salt to season. Serve with Harissa sauce on the side.

 

Ingredients: Cardamom, cumin, coriander, fennel, rosematy, star anise, mace, allspice, caraway, celery, pepper, mustard, dill, ajowan, fenugreek seeds, nigella, juniper, cubebs, grains of paradise, aniseed, long pepper, cloves, poppy seeds, paprika, cinnamon, ginger, galangal, turmeric, parsley, coriander leaves, mint, lime, rose petals, chives
