This is a very refreshing side dish served with curries.Use a small cup of buttermilk and 1 small cup of natural yogurt. Chop some fresh mint coriander and onions, add 1-2 tspn of spice mix and a little salt to taste. Blend it all together, check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
