CHIMI CHURRI SEASONING

Mix 2 handfuls flat-leaf parsley, 4 chopped spring onions & 8 cloves of crushed garlic. Add 2 tsp of spice mix 4 tbsp red wine vinegar & 8 tbsp of sunflower or olive oil. Place all ingredients in a blender. Add salt to taste. Let it marinade for 30 min. Serve with grilled meats or just as a dipping sauce.
