A lovely mild to medium chilli with a deep, warm flavour. It is indispensable in the Mexican kitchen and is used to flavour soups, stews, salsas and so much more. Rehydrated with coffee it can be formed into a smooth paste and rubbed liberally over chicken, veg or added to your cooking. One of the tastiest chillis around.
