CHICKEN SEASONING

Mix 2 tspns of spice mix with 2 tblspns of either olive oil or melted butter then brush the chicken with it before roasting.You can also mix the spice blend with bread crumbs and flour then dip your chicken in milk or a beaten egg and roll in the bread crumb mixture before pan frying roasting.

 

Ingredients: Paprika, garlic, onion, bay, marjoram, oregano, pepper, annatto, celery, mustard seeds, sage, thyme
