CHANA MASALA

Soak chickpeas, drain, and with fresh water boil till tender. Fry some onions with ghee or vegetable oil and add 1 tspn of chana masala spice per person. Drain chick peas and add to the pan stir until the gravy thickens. Garnish with chopped green chillies and lemon juice.

Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chili, Cumin, Coriander, Asafoetida, Fennel, Mace, Cloves, Pepper, Star Anise, Cardamom, Cassia, Bay, Mustard Seeds, Pepper, Coriander Leaves
