CARIBBEAN FISH SEASONING

Mix 3 crushed garlic cloves with the juice and zest of 1 lemon, 2 tspns of spice mix, 2 tblspns of soya sauce, 2 tblspns of olive oil & 1 tblspns of tamarind concentrate. Rub the paste onto the fish. If available wrap the fish into banana leaves and BBQ or bake. If not just rub it in foil and bake .

 

Ingredients: Coriander, pepper, cumin, allspice, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, chili, paprika, thyme, onion, garlic, cinnamon, lime, coriander leaves
