CARIBBEAN EVERYDAY SEASONING

Use this spice for all meats, as a dry rub or mix with oil & lemon juice to a wet rub. Mix it even further with crushed garlic, onions, & ginger into a fantastic marinade. Add it to stews or even mix with the Jamaican curry powder and it will yet again make a new variation of an Island stew.

Ingredients: Coriander, pepper, cumin, allspice, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, chili, paprika, thyme, onion, garlic, cinnamon
