CAPE MALAY

This South African Spice blend is great for kebabs or meat balls, but also with grilled chicken, or spicy burgers. Use 1 tspn. per person either as a dry rub or mix with a bit of oil for a spice paste.

Ingredients: Chili, Coriander Leaves, Pepper, Nutmeg, Chives, Onion, Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Cinnamon, Ginger, Paprika, Turmeric
