An exquistite blend of spices and herbs to recreate the famous rich and creamy sauce that originated in the Cafe de Paris in Geneva.

Ingredients: Turmeric, ginger, allspice, fennel, pepper, coriander, cumin, mustard seeds, fenugreek, chilli, paprika, onion, garlic, celery seeds, cardamom, thyme, tarragon, dill, marjoram, parsley.
