AMERICAN BBQ SEASONING

Crush 5 cloves of garlic add 2 tspns of spice mix, 2 tblspns of oil, 1 tblspn of Honey and 2 tblspns of Bourbon or a good Whisky. Blend it to a paste and then rub over chicken, spare ribs, steaks or pork and grill or bake in oven.

Ingredients: Pepper, cumin, thyme, marjoram, cayenne, paprika, mustard seeds, celery, bay, sumac, rosemary, coriander, garlic, onions
