This South American annatto paste is used either as a rub for fish, chicken, pork or beef, or can be added to soups and stews to give extra depth and flavour. Mix 2 tspn. of spice mix with 2-3 tblspn. of orange juice and form it into a paste.
Ingredients: Annatto, coriander, cumin, pepper, cloves, oregano, garlic
